Alpine Built Construction has created a process to make your experience working with us smooth and predictable. It all starts here:
1. DISCOVERY
We chat with you and learn about the goals for your project. We gather your wish list, inspirations, and budget so that we can assess the feasibility of your project. At this time, we will discuss the estimating fee based on the scope, if applicable (single room projects like a bathroom remodel often do not require this). Estimating fees cover our costs for putting together a detailed estimate for you, which often require:
- 1-3 site visits (depending on scope)
- coordination with our team which can include our architect/engineer, plumber, electrician, hvac, roofing, paint/drywall, and the county permitting office
- material takeoffs/costing
- pulling all this together in a detailed proposal

2. SITE VISIT
We will schedule a site visit to gather information and walk the space. This will consist of taking photos, notes, and potentially a scan of your space.
For smaller single room projects, like a bathroom only, may request you send photos instead, which is often enough for a starting bid.

3. ESTIMATE PROPOSAL
We review your proposal with you over the phone, in a virtual meeting, or in person. This allows us to review all the details one by one, show you any documentation we may need to share (product info etc.) and answer all your questions in real time. This step ensures full transparency with the scope of work.
4. CONTRACT REVIEW & PRE-CONSTRUCTION
We dial in the specifics with you and make any required adjustments to the original scope of work. We will then enter in to contract for your project and start pre-construction planning. This includes finalizing a project timeline, starting any necessary drawings and design, applying for any applicable permits, ordering all materials, and scheduling all our team members. We will have a final meeting with you at this time and make sure everything is exactly as you want it.
5. CONSTRUCTION
Work begins. We will start your project and keep you updated along the way.

6. COMPLETION
At the time of completion, we will do a final walk through with you and create a punch list if needed. We will make sure you have any necessary paperwork you need for any products, care & cleaning guides, and the best ways to maintain your new space. We can offer professional cleaning if this is something you would like as well, depending on the scope. Once the final sign off is done, final payment is made and you can now enjoy your new space.
