We also love working with Interior Designers, and can refer to you one if you need that as well.

We look forward to working with you to make your project thrive.

About Alpine Built Construction

One of our owners, Kelsey, grew up on Alpine Road, where she first witnessed a home build when her dad built their family home from the ground up. When you work with Alpine Built Construction, we bring all of our experience to your project.

With 17 years of experience in the industry, we bring our talents to the table: construction, custom cabinetry, interior design, customer relations, vendor relations, budgeting, project management, business communications and more.

About Mark:

Mark started his career in the construction industry doing windows & doors and masonry in both the residential and commercial sector.

From there, he worked in the steel industry cutting steel for fences, framing, and beams for commercial projects, as well as steel lockboxes & other items involved in law enforcement vehicles.

Lastly, he met his wife and fully immersed himself in all things construction. Performing demolition, framing, custom tile, flooring, cabinetry installations, trim work, doors, and more, Mark learned all things construction.

Mark has successfully worked with engineers, architects, interior designers, and all trades in completing projects for clients.

He completed a Specialization Certificate in Construction Project
Management, Construction Scheduling, Construction Cost Estimating and Cost Control, & Construction Finance to implement in his day-to-day processes.

About Kelsey:

Kelsey’s dad is a General Contractor & she grew up watching him build & remodel homes. She went to work with him during school breaks and witnessed the build & remodeling process her entire child & teen years.  The construction, building, and interior design industry is in her blood; she was born into it.

She attended the University of Hawaii, where she received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration – General & an Associate of Arts Degree in Liberal Arts, Graduating with Honors.

She has worked as a COO of a cabinet retail business and interior design for her entire professional career, and has worked alongside her dad on his project.

She can get down with the best of them, and while she usually works in office, you can find her running the chop saw, tile saw, nail guns, installing flooring and tile, and assisting with cabinetry installs when needed.

On our free time, we like spending time outdoors, going to the mountains (lakes and trees: yes, please!), hiking, hanging out with my pets, cooking & baking, shooting photography, reading, and spending time with my family. We also enjoy many genres of music, movies, and TV (like most people).

We look forward to working with you! If you have any questions about me or anything, please feel free to reach out 🙂

My Values

Good Communication

Good communication is something that we value because communication is a large part of everything we do in life. With good communication, we can create better solutions in all aspects of life. To us, good communication means thorough & direct explanations, asking questions, active listening, timely replies, informed understanding & updates.

Integrity

According to Oxford Dictionary, Integrity is: 1. “The quality of being honest and having strong moral principles; moral uprightness.” & 2. “The state of being whole and undivided”.

We apply this to all aspects of business. Good communication and taking action are a big part of Integrity. We strive to conduct all our business with integrity. We will be unified with you when we work to address your project goals that are in our scope of work. We value honesty & good moral ethics in all our business interactions.

Constant Improvement

“Improvement” is either directly or indirectly part of our services. This means that we, too, are constantly improving. Just like learning, we feel that improvement is life long & should be looked at as a continuous, positive shift forward. We value constant improvement because: things change! What was once a great improvement can become obsolete over time. This ability to adapt and constantly improve is important for the health of businesses (and in general) because our world is a dynamic place.
